Orders are usually shipped out within 1-5 working days, recorded delivery. However this can become up to 10 working days due to the high volume of orders, you will be informed if this is the case.

Returns:

Should you wish to return an item, a full refund (excluding delivery fees) will be issued, provided the item is returned within 7 working days of the date of delivery (or Royal Mail’s first attempted delivery) and is in it’s original, unworn condition.

Please email [email protected] to arrange for a refund of your order; packages returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted. Naughty!

Please note: 

Only orders with confirmed addresses will be processed. 

When returning items, the items are your responsibility until they reach us. It is essential that you obtain proof of postage or use a service that provides a tracking number as a refund or exchange will not be issued if we do not receive the item due to it being lost in the post with no proof of postage.

We are not responsible for any delays caused by the destination country's customs clearance processes.

We treat every order as a gift, because it is. Even if you're shopping for yourself! All receipts are digital, so there's no need to worry about that. If you want to make it extra special, we sell necklace/ keyring gift boxes as well as greetings cards, which we can write a personalised message in for an additional small fee.
